The Get Up Kids were superb!!!Saves the day were cool as fuck...
Dillinger Escape Plan kicked fucking ass!(if i remember rightly there was quite a GY pit down there, Brods,Wit,Denford,Bell,Boo,Wiss...)
Andrew W.K was hard as fuck, he was such a nice guy, he had such a nice smile [img]smile.gif[/img] but still hard as fuck,and ace
Prodergy were impressive......G 'N' R were boring...mer

I went for the whole weekend and it was really good, not as great as last year but good nonetheless.

Highlights for me were:

GUNS N ROSES - I didn't expect much from them with a new line up but I have to be honest and say I don't see how it could sound any better with the "real deal". Buckethead was ace and not only is he a guitar demon he is into martial arts and robot dancing too!!!

Sparta - Jesus, these guys are good!

Slipknot - funny to watch, but no Wait and Bleed - boo!

Prodigy - used to be into them loads so it was great to see them live.

Jon Spencer Blues Explosion - an explosion of electric blues I hear you say? YES PLEASE

Loads more but I'm too tired to type any more.

i went to see Ikara Colt and the end of the parkinsons instead (on my own,lol),but it was weird, as soon as i got there the parkinsons were only going on stage,and once they had finished everyone started to walk out the tent, i was wondering where the fuck the Ikara Colt, so i asked someone and suposedly Ikara Colt were pulled out and banned from all mean fidler gigs because they started a riot the previous night at Reading and someone nearly died

everyone has pretty much covered how good the bands were, but because of fucking shitty solid i missed hundred reasons, so i was a bit pissed off.

the only other thing that annoyed me was reel big fish cancelling, but the band on before them getting cained and that woman also getting cained by the crowd almost made up for it

g'n'r greatest hits set was ace, they sounded exactly the same as i imagine the 'appetite for destruction' lineup would. buckethead is also one of the world's most talented men so there you go.

the breeders were 2nd best band of the festival and they played some amps songs which was excellent. the deals (along with sparta) are the nicest people in rock.

JSBX were 3rd best and a lot better than they were on their last tour.

sum 41 were no way near as funny as i had hoped.

delighted to say i missed the stadium theatrics of the so called concrete jungle stage.

the white stripes were also surprisingly good

all in all, a very good weekend.

Dillinger were okay, if they had proper tunes theyd be ace, and the drummer is amazing. gonna check out the EP.

GnR were ace, buckethead is indeed a talented man. So were Prodigy. Sparta were good. t(i)nc were ace - Dennis is the best frontman around.

Foos were ace, overall great weekend, riot a bit gay.
